Your images never leave your device
MapArt Converter processes all images entirely in your browser. When you upload an image, it is read locally by JavaScript running on your device. No image data is ever transmitted to any server. We have no ability to view, store, or share any image you upload.
What data we collect
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind on this tool. We do not collect any personal data passively.
The only data we collect is feedback you voluntarily submit via the feedback form. This includes:
- Your star rating
- Your feedback message
- Your email address (optional, only if provided)
- The feedback type (general, bug report, or feature request)
Feedback form — Web3Forms
Feedback submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form submission service. When you submit feedback, your message is sent to Web3Forms' servers and forwarded to us by email. Web3Forms' own privacy policy applies to this data and can be found at web3forms.com.
We use your feedback solely to improve the tool. We will not share it with third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
GitHub Pages hosting
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may collect standard server access logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) as part of their hosting infrastructure. This is outside our control. GitHub's privacy policy applies and can be found at github.com/site/privacy.
Ko-fi
If you choose to support us via Ko-fi, you will be directed to Ko-fi's website. Any payment or personal data you provide to Ko-fi is governed by Ko-fi's own privacy policy.
Children's privacy
This tool is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. The feedback form is optional and requests an email address only for reply purposes.

We may update this policy as the tool evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
